How do I cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone during our office hours for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
Can I exchange my order?
We will gladly accept unused, unwashed and unaltered items in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers at this time.
I forgot to add an item to my order or ordered something which I don’t want anymore; can I make a change before it ships?
This is only possible when the order has not been processed for shipping. Please contact customer service.
Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Items sent using Royal Mail can be accepted at Royal Mail PO Box addresses as long as it is within the Royal Mail size limits (parcels weighing up to 2kg, and measuring up to 61cm x 46cm x 46cm).
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world.
What are the costs and time for shipping internationally?
EU & Rest of the World: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs dependant on parcel weight and location. Delivery time is a minimum of 10 working days.
NOTE: Due to the ongoing Brexit customs clearance delays, some European shipments may be delayed.
Will I be charged for duties & taxes?
You will be responsible for paying any required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

Where can I buy a e-gift card?

How do I receive the Phoenix E-gift card which I purchased online?
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Can I use my gift card more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card you can use it more than once.
Can I buy another e-gift card with my e-gift card?
Unfortunately you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can I use my gift card to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes you can pay for shipping and taxes with your gift card, because gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
