HOW TO USE
- On your knees or toes, engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Slowly roll out while keeping your body aligned; use your arms for added support and push/slide forward, approaching a plank while maintaining the proper form. You may not be able to roll out as far as you would like. Gradually ease yourself to roll out further on each ab roll.
- Engage your core and resist the urge to do a push up. Hold for 3-5 seconds, try not to arch your back and then slowly pull back to the starting position.
