We're excited to show you a new video featuring the amazing Jessica (@_jessicasjourney) with our Foam Padded Pilates Ring!

Jessica perfectly shows us just how diverse our Pilates Ring can be, perfect for toning, resistance and rehab.  Our pilates ring is perfect for muscular gentle to moderate resistance and is not intended to provide a heavy strength workout.

In each of the exercises that follow, make sure you are in control of your ring and muscles. As you squeeze and release, feel the width of your biceps, shoulders, chest, and back muscles. 

All you need for this workout is a pilates ring and an exercise mat or soft flooring.
