Overall as an individual do you consider yourself to be motivated when carrying out a task?

Lisa:

I always start strong but I get easily distracted

What do you require from yourself when working out?

Lisa:

I have to just put everything else aside and be in the zone

What’s it worth to you to achieve a healthier, fitter, happier life?

Lisa:

I want to set a good healthy example for my children

How do you find motivation to exercise on a daily basis?

Lisa:

Because I know how much better I’ll feel after

Have you ever lost focus from your routine? if so, how did you get back on track?

Lisa:

All the Time. Sometimes I take a few weeks out, there’s nothing wrong with that, but I miss the feeling I get from a good workout so I never stay away for long

What motivates you push yourself?

Lisa:

I like looking my best

How do you make up for a missed workout?

Lisa:

There’s nothing wrong with missing a workout from time to time

How does missing a workout effect your goals?

Lisa:

I don’t think it does, we all need to be less hard on ourselves

Have you ever lacked motivation during your fitness journey? if so, how did this effect you?

Lisa:

I have weeks where I get distracted and too busy with work but I know how much I miss the feeling of a good sweat so I just set my alarm a bit earlier and get it done!
