Phoenix Fitness:

Overall as an individual do you consider yourself to be motivated when carrying out a task?

Kerllen:

Yes, I do. I am very determined and focused person.

Phoenix Fitness:

What do you require from yourself when working out?

Kerllen

I try to keep myself motivated and I follow the workout plan as should be done.

Phoenix Fitness:

What’s it worth to you to achieve a healthier, fitter, happier life?

Kerllen

It’s a lifestyle that interferes in our inner. It’s more in than out.

Phoenix Fitness:

How do you find motivation to exercise on a daily basis?

Kerllen:

It’s part of my routine. I don’t think much. I wake up and I go. That’s it :)

Phoenix Fitness:

Have you ever lost focus from your routine? if so, how did you get back on track?

Kerllen:

I have changed my workout routine as I do on my holidays however I always come back to my normal routine as soon as I get back home.

Phoenix Fitness:

What motivates you push yourself?

Kerllen:

My well being. The workout is the only time that I have for myself.

Phoenix Fitness:

How do you make up for a missed workout?

Kerllen:

I don’t like to miss workout :). I have been training 7 days per week. However, if I missed it I go back to the plan at the following day.

Phoenix Fitness:

How does missing a workout effect your goals?

Kerllen

Usually I don’t miss workout. I am passionate for sports. My big issue is to keep the diet on the weekend and not the workout:).

Phoenix Fitness:

Have you ever lacked motivation during your fitness journey? if so, how did this effect you?

Kerllen

No, never. As I said, I lost the focusing on diet plan routine cause I have a very strong sweet tooth but not on workout.

Phoenix Fitness:

Do you have any motivation tips, quotes or stories to give to beginners who are starting off their fitness journey based on your experience?

Kerllen

For exercise to become a daily activity you need to make it a number one priority, like eating breakfast, or taking a shower every day. If you often find yourself using the excuse of not having enough time to exercise, then schedule exercise as an appointment into your day.

Set aside a time each day that you will devote to your health and fitness. Whether it be walking your dog, going to the gym to lift weights, playing with your children, or taking a dance lesson. Choose activities that you really enjoy. If we enjoy things, we are more likely to continue doing them.

Being physically active on a regular basis provides the body with so many benefits both physically and psychologically. Your body is an amazing machine and was designed to move.

You will be doing yourself a huge favour by setting aside time each day to be active. You only get one body, so treat it well.
